I Miss You...

The room gets smaller, the silence becomes even more deafening, and the space around me appears to be lacking in Oxygen. I need me some air or I might just suffocate on this empty feeling.

The air that fills me up, makes my every morning and evening a memorable one and my afternoons, unforgettable, is missing! She left me alone in this cold space and I miss her!

As I write, I pause… the beautiful image of you lying on the single couch with a novel of Danielle Steel (your favourite) in your hand and your face buried in it, plays across my mind.

The look in your eyes – indescribable, when you talk about your business; how can I ever forget that? Or is it when you are miles away from your family and you still have to put things in place for them – that feeling of pride that overwhelms me that in you, I’ve found a woman who can build and sustain a home.

I will miss the sound of your voice, the sway of your hips and yes, your behind! How can I forget the feel of your skin on mine; so hot it can set a man on fire! The morning smell of you every morning; your breath next to mine; the long time you take to apply your ‘pancake’; your very delicious meals even though you and your new found friend would eat it all and leave me with ‘little’; lol. The lovely and unforgettable moments we had in the evenings at Aero garden (now I miss having you around) or Ignobis or even Soul Lounge? Your company those evenings are most treasured my Love.

I miss everything about you Sweetie and I’m so lucky, so blessed and so grateful that I found you; we found us.

I trust you must be tired from your journey and will need to rest tonight; but bear it in mind that whatever you do, wherever you go, I’m missing you like crazy and I can’t wait to behold you again, to have you in my arms, to hold, to cherish, to whisper how much I love you and how much you mean the world to me.
